4-Ingredient Pesto Pasta

SERVES 4

  • Dairy Free

  • Can be made Gluten Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet pasta of your choice (top is spelt spirals & bottom is buckwheat)

  • 1 grated zuchinni

  • 1 big handful spinach 

  • @naked.byron.foods pesto dip

  • pine nuts

METHOD

1. Boil pasta & grate zuchinni 

2. Once pasta is cooked, drain, put back into saucepan & cover in pesto dip

3. Add grated zucchini & spinach and mix through

4. Serve in a bowl & top with toasted pine nuts

NOTE… If you wanted to bulk this meal up a bit you could add chicken for some protein
