4-Ingredient Pesto Pasta
METHOD
1. Boil pasta & grate zuchinni
2. Once pasta is cooked, drain, put back into saucepan & cover in pesto dip
3. Add grated zucchini & spinach and mix through
4. Serve in a bowl & top with toasted pine nuts
NOTE… If you wanted to bulk this meal up a bit you could add chicken for some protein
