Rice Paper Rolls

  • Dairy Free

  • Can be made Vegetarian or Vegan

INGREDIENTS

  • Rice paper sheets 

  • Protein of your choice: I usually use chicken or beef mince or tuna, to keep it vegan you could use tofu

  • Vermicelli noodles

  • Lettuce

  • Carrot

  • Bean sprouts

  • Avocado

  • Lemon & chilli for extra flavour

  • Tamari/soy sauce for dipping

METHOD

  1. Place vermicelli noodles in hot water to cook through

  1. Cook your protein of choice

  2. Chop up/prepare salad ingredients: grate carrot, chop lettuce, slice avocado, wash bean sprouts

  3. Drain vermicelli noodles & place all of your ingredients into separate bowls & put on the table

  4. Create your rice paper roll by dipping your rice paper sheet into some warm water until it becomes soft & then fill with your ingredients, seasoning with some lemon & chili before wrapping it up

  5. Dip rice paper roll in tamari or soy sauce
