San Choy Bow

SERVES 2

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy free

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken mince

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 handful shallots

  • 1 carrot

  • Vermicelli noodles

  • Tamari or soy sauce - start with 1/3 cup & add more if you need

  • Chilli 

  • Lettuce leaves 

  • Sesame seeds 

METHOD

  1. Place vermicelli noodles in boiling water to start cooking 

  2. Cook chicken mince on the pan in some sesame oil 

  3. Whilst the mince is cooking, grate the carrot, pull out lettuce cups & wash 

  4. Drain the vermicelli noodles 

  5. Once the mince is cooked, add in the shallots, grated carrot & noodles, mix to combine

  6. Add in the tamari/soy sauce & chilli 

  7. Serve warm mince mixture in lettuce cups & top with sesame seeds
