Vanilla Almond Protein Balls

MAKES 5 BALLS

  • Gluten Free

  • Vegan

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 2 tsp maca

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pink salt

  • 4 medjool dates: pitted and soaked in hot water 

METHOD

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender

  2. Once the mixture is combined, transfer to a mixing bowl and add in a tablespoon of cacao nibs and mix through

  3. Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut

  4. Store in the fridge
