Schnitzel & Veggie Nourish Bowl

SERVES 1

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • a handful of kale

  • 4 stems of broccolini

  • 1/2 a sweet potato

  • 1 grated carrot 

  • 1 piece chicken schnitzel

METHOD

  1. Wash, chop & season sweet potato with cinnamon. Bake in the oven on 200 degrees until browned (20-25 mins) 

  2. Cook up your schnitzel on the pan

  3. Sautee kale & broccolini in some olive oil & salt until crispy

  4. Throw all ingredients together in a bowl & top with tahini mustard dressing 

Tahini Mustard Dressing

Mix together 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp organic seeded mustard, juice of ยผ lemon
