Tahini Oat Slice

MAKES 6-9 SLICES

  • Nut Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut 

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix well to combine, until a sticky mixture forms

  4. Place mixture into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly to fill the tray

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 mins

  6. Let cool and store in an air tight container. Pop into the fridge after 2 days

  7. If you love tahini like me... top with some extra straight out of the jar!
